Perci是perspective（展望）的縮寫，象徵傳統日曬處理法的無限可能性。Ninety Plus是第一個將衣索比亞傳統日曬處理法使用在巴拿馬藝
伎咖啡的品牌，這是一款口感及風味都相當飽滿的咖啡。它也是2017世界虹吸沖煮冠軍Tiffany Chan 獲獎所使用的咖啡豆。

Perci – short for perspective – is named for the sense of discovery and possibility associated with natural coffee processing, which is when coffee beans are dried as full cherries without removing any of the fruit. Ninety Plus was the first to naturally process the gesha variety in Panama, and the resulting flavor profile reminded Ninety Plus founder Joseph Brodsky of the Ethiopian coffees that inspired his journey within the world of specialty coffee. Full-bodied and flavorful, Perci exemplifies the possibilities of natural process coffee.
