Yuzo 柚子

Yuzo的創新處理法是受衣索比亞傳統的咖啡葉茶（Kuti）啟發，將咖啡葉浸泡的茶湯運用於發酵過程中，咖啡帶有柚子檸檬的風味以及蜂蜜的甜感，令人聯想到清酒及桑塞爾白酒。它也是2023希臘沖煮冠軍及世界沖煮大賽亞軍Savina Giachgia 獲獎所使用的咖啡豆。

Yuzo is a classic flowery gesha layered with ginseng and is reminiscent of washed coffees from the area around Nekempte in Ethiopia. Named after a combination of the words “Nekempte” and “ginseng,” Kemgin was originally created by Ninety Plus in western Ethiopia from near where the gesha variety originates.

Championship Highlight: Used by George Koustomupardis of Greece to win the World Coffee in Good Spirits championship in 2015.
