Carmo的前身就是Ninety Plus曾創下歷史新高競標價的#227批次咖啡豆，同時也是2017年世界沖煮大賽冠軍 王策所使用的比賽用豆，Carmo擁有絲滑的口感，多層次的水果及香草風味。

Carmo was first developed in 2017 for the famous Ninety Plus Batch #227, which broke the producer pricing world record ($5,001.50 per kilogram) and was used to win the 2017 World Brewers Cup Championship in Budapest. Initially an accident in production, this coffee has been successfully replicated and was most recently used to win the 2019 World Brewers Cup Championship in Seattle. It has a silky mouthfeel with complex fruit and vanilla flavors.

CHAMPIONSHIP HIGHLIGHT: Competitors from Taiwan and Greece placed first and third, respectively, in the 2017 World Brewers Cup Championship in Budapest using Carmo.
